Judah & the Lion have released a new single called Help Me To Feel Again. 

It’s a great song, basically about learning to not hold everything in and to let yourself feel emotion. 

They released a statement to go along with the song. 

“Last year was the first time in 7 years we haven’t toured. For the three of us we found a lot of health, rest, and growth even though it was also incredibly tough. We didn’t have a stage or a crowd to distract ourselves with the emotions of everything that was going on in the world and personally. This song is about learning to cry and not hold everything in.”
