Twenty One Pilots | Choker | Music Video

Twenty One Pilots has released their second single Choker, from their upcoming album Scaled And Icy.

It’s a fantastic single that sounds like a mix of, well, all their previous albums but its got heavy Regional At Best vibes and I’m digging it. It begins with a lovely little synth and a beat that sounds distinctly Twenty One Pilots. Honestly, the synth is reminiscent of some of Paul Meany’s work which isn’t surprising cause they’ve been hitting it off since TOPxMM in 2016. Meaney has worked with them as a producer on everything Trench and onwards so you can hear how he has rubbed off on Tyler and I am loving it.

The music video for the song was shot quite recently actually just about one week ago in their hometown of Columbus Ohio, partially in a toy store.

Let’s be completely honest though, the music video is fantastic it but I didn’t watch it for Tyler or Josh. Jim Dun, Josh’s 3-year-old golden retriever stole the show. Wish we could get a Jim figurine like Trash. Maybe we get Jim as the unofficial 3rd member? (sorry Paul)
